Lovely gaff, right near town, and the room was just lush with comfy beds! The breakfast was spot on too, kept us going! Only downside was the noise from the traffic. But overall, we had a right time!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and they offered a healthy option to a full English. Traveled with a small baby and they were very accommodating. Decor was lovely!!
Shower could have been a bit cleaner. Otherwise I liked everything!

We found the place clean as a whistle, but the breakfast service was a bit lacking. The staff could've been more attentive, eh? All else was sweet as!

The location and price was ideal for city centre and races. A group of 5 female friends (One double and triple room) stayed for 2 nights and found the hotel friendly, within easy taxi reach (£5) to the city in the evening. Pubs and bars on the doorstep as well and easy access from the motorway with free on street parking means the hotel is great in terms of location. Breakfast fab, with choice of eggs with cooked breakfast, cerials, yoghurt and modern decor lovely and relaxing. Cant fault the hotel and would visit again. Tea, coffee, bathroom extras such as cleansing wipes great added touch

Everything met requirements, I would stay here again. Had a good stay for three nights, glad I've chosen it. The location of the hotel was stunning, so close to the city centre. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating as well as host.

central base for exploring historic sights and parks
I spent two nights here and appreciated the great cleanliness and the convenience of being just a short 10-minute walk from the train station, with access to the city center and local parks like the beautiful Chester Racecourse, about almost 2 km away, perfect for a refreshing stroll after exploring the landmarks.

nicely decorated room, nice breakfast room, very friendly and helpful guesthouse owners; close to train station (approx. 10 min. walk)
Bathroom bin was unfortunately not emptied, cups and glasses were unfortunately not cleaned either (both before arrival and during stay). This might have been an oversight, but could be improved.
